My Idiot brother had it right this whole time…

Now, just so you know, my brother is the guy in the gym known for his ridiculously large arms. Only problem was, the approach he shared with me went against everything I had ever heard, learned, and even studied…till now.

I just believed since we were kids that he had amazing genetics for arm growth that I just wasn’t blessed with. I was (at the time) 100% sure that if I followed his strategy that I would over-train, be too sore to lift, and eventually lose all of the hard earned muscle on my biceps and triceps.

So…being as stubborn as I am, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I dug into some research and dissected about 73 training programs from some top physique competitors. I also dove into some pretty technical physiology textbooks on how muscle-growth actually happens on a cellular level.
